• Participate in all aspects of oil meal sales, operation and management. Learn about spot sales, futures trading, product technology and knowledge, market analysis, contract execution, and accumulate relevant experience.
• After the rotation is over, the company will select the relevant business team and regional arrangement based on the rotational performance, their own abilities and interests of Commercial GTPs.
• 全方位参与到油粕销售、运营和管理的各个环节，学习包括现货销售、期货交易、产品工艺和知识、市场分析、以及合同执行等知识，积累相关经验。

轮岗结束后，公司将根据培训生轮岗表现、自身能力与兴趣，选择相关商务团队和区域安排定岗。

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above, 211 and 985 universities are the best;
• Reference majors: International Trade, English, Economics, Finance, Grain, Oil and Food, Statistics and other science, business management majors;
• 全日制本科以上学历，211和985院校最佳；

参考专业：国际贸易、英语、经济学、金融学、粮油食品专业、统计学等理科、商科管理类专业；

Level 8 for English majors, Level 6 for non-English majors

National Computer Rank Examination Grade 2 or above

Fresh graduates and workplace newbie in 2023 (1-2 years of work experience)
