$200k to $225 base salary

$50k bonus

Position:

Sales Territory Manager, Southwest USA

Reports to: V.P. of Sales

Introduction:

Seeking a proven, successful medical therapy sales leader to join our fast-growing company at the forefront of cancer therapy. Ideal candidate comes from the pharmaceutical industry with deep medical oncology relationships. Top candidates will bring their experience promoting therapy and influencing patient treatment pathways to increase use of the recently approved Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) Pump. Establish new HAI therapy centers and promote growth in existing centers at top US Cancer Centers. Oversee medical device sales to the Southwest US region . Leverage existing relationship and develop new relationships with medical oncologists to drive referrals to treatment centers providing HAI therapy.

Must be located in the Southwest USA

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Southwestern US territory sales of the Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) pump accessories
  • Identify, develop and establish new potential customers (tier 1 US cancer centers)
  • Coordinate with management to develop strategic sales plan, budget and schedule
  • Support quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Develop deep understanding of clinical data supporting HAI therapy and the pump and communicate effectively with target customers, stakeholders, and referring physicians
  • Navigate hospital purchasing and administrative groups to gain approval for the pump and accessories
  • Works with Field Clinical Support team to ensure customer’s clinical staff are effectively trained to support all devices
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key opinion leaders in the HAI market
  • Work with HAI therapy centers to market their programs, develop local referral network and quickly grow procedure volume
  • Keep CRM system up to date ton enable effective sales, sales planning, and clinical tracking
  • Establish and maintain extensive knowledge of the hepatic arterial infusion pump and accessories and be available to support all in-services
  • Support pump implant procedures in the operating room

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ yeas medical device sales with operating room experience.
  • Experience in surgical device markets, oncology market preferred
