Job Description

The primary responsibility is working with customers (dealers and end-users) to find the products that best meet their needs through live equipment demonstrations, walk-arounds, and presentations. This also includes providing operational, safety, and mechanical training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Provide necessary support to Regional Sales Managers and Dealers to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals.

Learn to be proficient in demonstrating our products and performing walk-around presentations for potential customers.

Investigate problems; develop solutions and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints.

Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.

Provide operational and basic service training for customers.

Other duties as assigned.
