· Lead and hire a team of SME Relationship Managers to achieve team and individual targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the SME portfolio (loans,asset backed, trade finance, etc.).
· Identify new market opportunities and client segments for penetration.
· Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.
