What You'll Be Doing

• Leading from the front by coaching, motivating and developing
  your sales team.
• Driving daily and weekly sales performance and achieving key
  store sales KPIs.
• Creating an engaging, customer-first shopping experience.
• Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and
  customer service.
• Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards.
• Supporting inventory management and operational excellence.
• Assisting with performance conversations, coaching and team
  development.
• Managing customer enquiries, warranty claims and escalated
  issues professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and
  procedures.

What You'll Bring

You'll be someone who naturally motivates
others and enjoys achieving results through your team.

You'll also have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role such as
  Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating retail sales
  teams to achieve results.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales budgets, KPIs and
  commercial targets.
• Experience managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced
  retail environment.
• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving issues
  professionally.
• Previous experience with inventory, merchandising and
  operational standards.
• Experience conducting coaching conversations, performance
  feedback and team development.
• Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
• Forklift Licence (advantageous).
