Job Title:

Sales Team Leader - French SpeakingThe Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.

• Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
• Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
• Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
• Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
