Talent-360.me is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate sales team. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring sales targets are met.
This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in sales, with at least 2 year in a leadership role
• Experience in cleaning equipment
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Target-driven with a strong commitment to achieving results
• Must own a car
