Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead – Automotive Aftermarket for our Irving, TX location. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys coaching others, strengthening customer relationships, and helping drive team results.

About the Role

As a Sales Team Lead, you will promote company products, support assigned accounts, evaluate customer needs, and answer questions about parts, pricing, and services. You will also assist leadership with training, supplier feedback, customer visits, and opportunity identification.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an assigned customer base and support customer service, sales, and account development activity
• Conduct training on departmental systems and support weekly side-by-side coaching with sales team members
• Create sales challenges and initiatives to help the team achieve target sales goals
• Partner with leaders to develop initiative campaigns and review data to identify sales opportunities
• Travel to visit customers and suppliers as business needs require
• Share customer and salesperson feedback to help identify potential supplier opportunities
• Participate in weekly and monthly calls and share best practices with other Sales Team Leads and Regional Sales Managers
• Lead the work of others performing similar sales work by helping set priorities, schedule work, and review activity without direct hire, termination, performance review, or pay decision authority

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of related sales, customer service, account management, or automotive aftermarket experience
• Ability to train others, share information clearly, and present to department or middle management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer, supplier, team, and leadership interaction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools
• Ability to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations that support business objectives
• Comfort analyzing data, interpreting rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs to identify opportunities
• Ability to solve routine business problems, follow established procedures, set personal goals, and determine how to achieve results with limited supervision

Preferred Skills

• College coursework desired
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French skills preferred

Work Environment

• Sales-focused role with customer, supplier, team, and leadership interaction
• Periodic travel may be required, including overnight stays based on business needs
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
