ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Team Lead in Poland, you will be responsible for leading and developing a young, high-potential sales team focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, and growth within the Polish market.
This is a management-first, sales-second role where you’ll combine coaching, team management, and operational execution with direct involvement in sales activities to build credibility within the team and better understand customer needs. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, urgency, motivation, and sales excellence into the team, while helping us scale in one of Ovoko’s most important markets.
This is also an office-first role, as we strongly believe the best alignment and team development happens while working closely together onsite.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position starts from 15,000 PLN per month. Specific compensation will be discussed further based on your professional competencies and experience.

Our teams are developing the foundations of software, marketplaces, and shipping and analytics solutions. These will combine to create the digital infrastructure so that used parts can be more quickly and easily united with happy buyers or recycled.
