The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Sales Team Lead to lead a team of approximately 6 sales professionals and drive the company’s sales performance forward.

This is a key leadership role combining people management, deal support, performance analysis, commercial decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 6 sales representatives
  • Provide daily guidance and hands-on support throughout the sales process
  • Assist in advancing and closing complex deals
  • Build proposals and manage commercial terms
  • Define bi-monthly targets and closely track team performance
  • Analyze reports, Excel files, and business data to improve results
  • Monitor occupancy levels across sites and support pricing optimization
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and lead flow
  • Collaborate with Finance regarding commissions and monthly controls
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Visit sites regularly and support the team in the field

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or complex deal environments
  • 1+ years of experience managing a sales team or leading sales professionals
  • Previous experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or office space leasing
  • Proven experience working with targets, KPIs, and performance management
  • Experience supporting complex deals and negotiating commercial terms
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel capabilities
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Background in pricing, occupancy management, or yield-driven businesses
