KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai KBS team, as a Sales Systems Specialist - Modernisation (KANZ). We are seeking a Sales Systems Specialist to support the Modernisation (MOD) business across Australia and New Zealand. This role will act as a key user for core sales systems and tools, ensuring smooth operation, continuous improvement, and effective support to the sales teams.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, data quality, and sales process efficiency across the Modernisation business.

What will you be doing?

• Act as a key user for core systems, including pricing tools (KTOC), tender document generation tool (GENDOC), and relevant CRM (Salesforce) modules supporting the business
• Support periodic updates, releases, and data maintenance across CRM, pricing, and tendering tools
• Manage and implement pricing resets, supported by testing of pricing models, system updates, and tool enhancements
• Provide day-to-day support to sales and cross-functional teams on system-related queries, issues, access requests, and enhancement requests
• Maintain and update templates within the pricing system
• Ensure effective maintenance and continuous improvement of sales systems and tools supporting the Modernisation business
• Maintain and update tender documentation content and background data within GENDOC
• Support asset management-related pricing updates and associated tools
• Collaborate closely with sales, supply line, engineering, finance, other system key users, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency

Are you the one?

• 8+ yrs of overall experience with min 3+ yrs of experience in CRM systems, sales operations support, or commercial support roles
• Prior experience with KTOC and CAMOS will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and solid data management skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and advanced Excel usage
• Understanding of pricing processes, quotation workflows, or sales lifecycle processes is preferred
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative working style

• Travel: Flexibility to travel to Australia and New Zealand as required
