In this varied and hands-on role, no two days are the same! You'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, providing expert advice, answering product enquiries and helping keep riders on the road. From supporting sales and creating eye-catching merchandise displays to building great relationships with customers and suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving our success.

About the role:

This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and product support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities-

• Managing and maintaining supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia
• Investigating and processing over-supplied and under-supplied product claims
• Assessing and coordinating warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Performing basic product repairs where required
• Merchandising products and creating engaging in-store displays
• Delivering product training and support to team members
• Coordinating stock retrieval and movement to support operational requirements

Skills & Experience you need to have:

• Ideally you will have experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industries. (preferred)
• Your passion for great customer service and sales will be complimented by strong communication skills and a great team-focused attitude!
