Join Ecolab in our Barcelona office and become part of a collaborative and fast-paced international team. As an Administrative/Mkt Intern, you will play a key role supporting our Institutional division, combining administrative responsibilities with exposure to marketing and commercial projects.
This position offers a well-rounded experience, where you will contribute to daily operational tasks while also participating in projects that provide market insights and support business decision-making. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and support functions across Europe, gaining visibility into different areas of the business.
Support customer master data management and maintain data accuracy
Coordinate shipments and manage administrative requests (e.g. sending materials, documentation, questionnaires)
Assist with client questionnaires and documentation requirements
Review and validate translations for customer-facing materials
Support invoice processing and administrative workflows
Support market research activities, including gathering and analyzing market and competitor information
Participate in marketing-related projects, contributing to insights and business initiatives.
Analyze sell-out data across territories to support sales performance visibility at a European level.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including mapping and optimizing workflows.
Support cross-functional processes such as pricing updates, bill-back coordination, and data flows between teams.
Recently graduated in Business Administration, or a related field.
Native or fluent Spanish and English
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Background or interest in Marketing or Market Analysis
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and adapt to different types of tasks
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Paid internship (6–12 months, full-time) with potential for extension.
Exposure to both administrative operations and marketing-related projects.
A dynamic, collaborative, and international environment

Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
