As a Sales Support Specialist in Barcelona,you’llwork closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to help drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support commercial success across target markets.

What you will do in this role

-Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to help achieve sales targets and businessobjectives

-Support teams with the use of back-office tools, systems, and internal sales processes.

-Build strong relationships with customers and partners, acting asa trustedadvisor through phone-based communication.

-Ensure service delivery meets contractual sales goals and KPI expectations.

-Maintainup-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to support commercial activities.

-Contribute to a positive team environment while managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Your qualifications

-Proficient or bilingual level of Portuguese, advanced Spanish, andhigh levelof English.

-Previousexperience in sales support, outbound communication, or commercial environments is a plus.

-Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation and communication skills.

- Good computer skills and PC knowledge.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively.

- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Salary 20629.32 euros gross/year +up to 1500 euros gross/year in bonus + medical insurance
