The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and customer support to internal sales teams and clients across the French market. This role ensures efficient handling of customer requests, supports contract-related activities, and contributes to a seamless customer experience while strengthening internal and external partnerships. All candidates must be fluent (written and oral) in both English and French. This is a hybrid role that requires candidates to be within a commutable distance to Budapest.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and coordinate customer and sales requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Support deployment activities including planning, installation coordination, and customer onboarding
Maintain accurate data and reporting using systems such as SAP and Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams, logistics providers, and stakeholders to support service delivery
Manage escalations, shared inbox communications, and contribute to process improvements
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience in sales support, customer service, or operations roles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred
Fluency in French and English
