Wir suchen einen dynamischen und detailorientierten Sales Support Specialist für einen 12 monatigen Vertrag zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten DACH Teams. In dieser Rolle leisten Sie wichtige administrative Unterstützung für unsere Vertriebsorganisation und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Vertriebsprozesse reibungslos und effizient ablaufen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die Erstellung von Kundenverträgen sowie die Pflege vollständiger und korrekter Kundendaten, um eine zuverlässige Lieferung von Waren und Dienstleistungen an unsere Kunden sicherzustellen.
Darüber hinaus umfasst die Rolle die Prüfung vorgeschlagener Vertragsinhalte auf Vollständigkeit, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Compliance Vorgaben, die Erstellung von Vertragsdokumenten, die Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit der Angebotserstellung sowie Vertretung des Tender Specialists bei Bedarf

Role: Sales Support Specialist DACH – 12 Months Contract
Location: Berlin, Germany / Hybrid working
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dedicated DACH team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This requires the delivery of smooth customer contracting and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data that in turn facilitates flawless supply of goods and services to our customers.
You will review proposed contract content to ensure completeness and compliance, prepare contractual documentation and resolve issues that may delay sales order processing. The role also provides operational support to the wider sales team and serves as a backup to the Tender Specialist when required.
What You Can Expect:
Work closely with sales and pricing teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.
Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.
Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
What We Expect:
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Professional level of written and spoken English and German.
Previous experience with public sector tenders is desirable but not essential.
Experience with CRM software, Oracle, Salesforce is an advantage.
