Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $45,000.00 SalaryWe are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Annual Salary: $45,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities as needed.
- Processing customer orders and sales credits, answer inbound calls, assist with daily filing.
- Communicating with sales representatives and customers on a daily basis.
- Support Key Accounts and Managers in different channels of the business.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer and sales representative inquires.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience is desired.
- Bachelors or Associates degree desired.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of Customer Service.
- Desired 1-3 years of Data Entry experience.
- Demonstrated computer literacy; proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
