Sales Support Specialist

Pay from $27 to $34 per hour

As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving.
• Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service.
• Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors.
• Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
