This position reports to:

Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide sales solutions and services in the lead business across multiple countries. Each day, you will support a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes (e.g., lead to opportunities, quotations conversion process, demand side forecasting process) in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper communication and updating on issues related to tools development and new functionalities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Smart Power Business in Indonesia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the development and use of opportunity tracking tools and gathering the business requirements from the Sales team to enhance the sales processes and improving market intelligence.
• Performing lost opportunities analyses, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions in coordination with Sales/local business unit to achieve improved results.
• Recommending revisions to existing reports and assisting in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Analyzing order and payment behaviors with a focus on the mix of products and order entry methods to enhance the efficiency of ordering and payment processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, commercial excellence, marketing support, or business analytics.
• Experience working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
