About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Australia and New Zealand, playing a pivotal role in lead qualification, customer engagement, and data accuracy.

You will be working in a structured phone based sales environment supporting core sales processes and contribute to improved sales efficiency through high‑quality customer interactions and accurate documentation. This role will be developed into an end to end sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound telephone contact with customer representatives

  • Qualify and assess leads and record the status of customer relationships

  • Capture, update, and correct customer data in Salesforce

  • Manage the centralised sales inbox

  • Perform general sales support and administrative tasks

  • Support sales teams through high‑quality lead qualification

About You

  • Some sales, account management or customer‑facing experience preferred

  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not essential)

  • Keen to develop your sales skills into a long term sales career
