Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Customer Requirement Analysis and Technical SupportAccording to customer requirements and project information provided by the sales team, be responsible for analyzing electrical system related requirements. Be responsible for technical communication related to medium voltage, low voltage, transformers, MCC, relay protection, SCADA and power supply and distribution systems. Assist the sales team in identifying project technical scope, main equipment requirements and key technical issues. Participate in customer communication and internal technical discussions, and provide professional input in the direction of electrical systems.
  • Electrical System Solution PreparationBe responsible for the preparation of preliminary solutions and customer communication materials for electrical systems of mining projects. Be responsible for the preliminary sorting out of power supply and distribution system architecture, main equipment scope, interface relationships and technical boundaries. Coordinate product, engineering and commercial teams to promote technical issue clarification and solution improvement. According to project needs, be responsible for technical solution preparation in the stages of feasibility study, early-stage design and before bidding.
  • Project Opportunity Support and Internal CollaborationCooperate with the sales team to carry out project opportunity evaluation and technical support work. Be responsible for technical clarification, technical scope definition and solution document preparation in quotation, bidding and commercial activities. Follow up technical issues raised by customers and design institutes, and promote timely feedback from relevant internal teams. Maintain project technical information, customer requirements and follow-up actions, and support the smooth promotion of the project.
  • Solution Documents and Knowledge AccumulationSort out common solutions, application cases and technical points of mining electrical systems. Assist in establishing electrical system solution templates, technical checklists and risk identification checklists. Continuously improve the accuracy, consistency and response efficiency of technical document preparation.


Qualifications for the role
  • Familiar with knowledge related to medium voltage, low voltage, MCC, transformers, relay protection, SCADA or power supply and distribution systems.
  • Possess pre-sales technical support experience in electrical systems of industrial or mining projects.
  • Able to understand customer requirements, technical specifications and project technical documents.
  • Possess the ability of preliminary solution preparation, technical document writing and customer technical communication.
  • Understand pre-bid technical support and internal collaboration processes for large industrial projects.
  • Possess English technical document reading, email communication and basic meeting communication ability.
  • Good technical understanding ability and issue analysis ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Electrical engineering, power systems, automation, relay protection, power supply and distribution or related majors are preferred.
  • 3 years or above experience in electrical systems, industrial projects, sales support, technical support, engineering design, project bidding or solution support is preferred.
  • Experience in mining, metallurgy, energy, power, automation or process industry is preferred.Project experience related to medium voltage, low voltage, transformers, MCC, relay protection or SCADA is preferred. Experience in customer technical communication, pre-bid technical support or technical solution preparation is preferred.
