Job Description

Sales Support Specialist

Do you enjoy being the person behind the scenes who keeps projects, communications, and opportunities moving forward? Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in making sure follow-ups happen, meetings are scheduled, and important tasks never fall through the cracks?

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support its business growth and relationship-building efforts. This full-time, in-person position offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and provides the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be responsible for carrying a quota or closing deals. Instead, the Sales Support Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the business development process, helping leadership stay organized, prepared, and responsive as opportunities move through the sales cycle.

The ideal Sales Support Specialist candidate is someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing details, supporting executives, and helping teams operate efficiently. If you're the type of person who loves creating order, tracking moving pieces, and ensuring things get done correctly and on time, this could be an excellent fit.

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Buffalo area with occasional travel as business needs require.
