Preparing offers for customers, including quantity and technical details
Managing customer orders in CRM system and communication with logistics department to ensure smooth delivery
Maintaining customer files and update information in our supplier portals
Communication with production and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Participation in Stock Keeping Unit creation in CRM system to ensure accuracy of product information
Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage *
At least 2 years experience in customer service related jobs
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes preferred
