Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain records including consolidation of information for sales team recoverable expenses
  • Assist with the completion of daily tasks ie. Indexing, Allocations, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Distribution of Communications to our Introducers and Pipeline management
  • Responsible in managing the shared inbox and user & product database
  • Respond to Introducers accurately and in a timely manner via phone, email and chat interactions
  • Work with internal partners for form changes/improvements
  • Provide administration support to sales team, including IT coordination
  • Assist sales team to onboard business partners to new software

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must have demonstrated 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have previous call handling experience
  • Bachelors/College Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Secretarial Studies or another related field.
  • Keen attention to details
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
