Main Accountabilities
1. Handle the application engineering projects at allocated engine builders within the framework of the strategies and policies of Accelleron Business.
2. Support allocated engine builders’ engine development, provide technical and commercial optimized turbocharging solutions in cooperation with the Sales Engineer.
3. Complete technical agreement, define TC specification and necessary matching parts, cooperating with order processing to make sure required TC to be delivered to customer site on time.
4. Support the installation of new turbochargers and evaluate the turbochargers’ performance during engine tests.
5. Support the Sales Engineer in sales promotions and end-user care.
6. Assess the engine builders’ development trend e.g. new fuels development plan and work out TC road map, contribute to the product market analysis.
7. Follow up the competitor product and application activities, provide reference for Accelleron market strategy.
9. Take the technical responsibility of TC retrofit projects.
10. Support the Technical Service Engineers in handling warranty claims and complaints in accordance with company policies.
Knowledge , Skill and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Internal Combustion Engine/ Mechanical Engineering related to Turbomachinery, master’s degree would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Analytical thinking and with sales techniques.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English for both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure with enterprising spirit.
- Highly self-motivated team player and self-disciplined.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Regular domestic travelling is needed.
