This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technical product knowledge, commercial coordination, and marketing support — while building a strong foundation in B2B industrial sales.

Travel Requirement: up to 20% - occasional customer visit, trade shows and key customer events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Sales and Marketing Managers at Scania USA as well as the distributors across USA and Canada
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate RFQs, quotations, and proposal preparation, ensuring alignment between technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings (logistics, materials, internal coordination, and follow-up actions).
  • Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline tracking, and forecast reports with accuracy and discipline.
  • Maintain and update distributor and customer price lists as well as our web based sales quotation tool
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
  • Monitor distributor activities and support structured follow-ups to drive commercial alignment.
  • Track order intake, backlog, and delivery coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales support, commercial coordination, marketing support, or B2B industrial environments is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Analytical and commercial mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and disciplined manner.
  • Comfortable working with technical product information.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Service-oriented and collaborative approach.

Why Join Scania?

At Scania, you’ll work in a global organization driven by strong values and a commitment to sustainable transport solutions.
