Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representativeswho are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm plus 1 Saturday6 weeks

Pay: starts at $25.00or higher based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales associates todeterminethe best product solutions for customer needs.
  • Deliveraccurateandtimelycustomer service through quotes, order entry, and account updates.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service follow-up.
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, andjobsitelogisticswith internal teams.
  • Maintainaccuratecustomer records in CRM systems andensureall updates, credits, and order changes are processed correctly.
  • Manage high-volume phone and email interactions while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a liaison between builders, outside sales, operations, and internal partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing Product Knowledge training to build technicalexpertiseand support sales efforts confidently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5years of sales,and/or customer service experience is preferred.Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in residentialbuilding, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability todemonstrateexcellence in time management, independent problem-solving, handling multiple priorities simultaneously, and professionally deescalating customer concerns.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce andDispatchTrackexperience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentwhilemaintaininga customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an aptitude foridentifyingsales opportunities.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
