Your Role

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders. You will be looking to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership across SA/WA to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.

Representing one of Australia's most trusted brands, you will be part of a larger team and be provided with coaching, developing and mentoring to help you grow your career. These roles have pathway opportunities into other sales and business related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
• Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
• Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist resolve customer concerns and complaints

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
• Strong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approach
• Comfortable conducting entry level sales conversations
• Previous sales or customer service experience
