Sales Functions:
- Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms
- Assists Sales Executives in completing client setup forms
- Act as point of contact to potential clients as directed by Sales Executives or through contact with Crane network of offices and agents
- Qualify sales leads and assign to territory executives
- Provide quotations to clients and maintain quote log
- Report branch sales statistics, sales funnel information and drive visibility of new opportunities as communicated during sales meetings, branch meetings etc.
- Responsible for scheduling weekly sales meetings and agendas
- Assist Sales Executives in planning office visits with clients
- Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support the collection process
- Create and manage client database on shared drive, including (but not limited to) client profiles, account activities, SOP’s, client set up documents and proposals
- Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and/or growth on a scheduled basis and report to management
- Responsible for CRM and Web Portal tool roll out to sales team.
Implementation Functions:
- Works directly with Sales Executives and Operations to draft SOP’s during the transition and implementation of new business
- Work with sales, clients, and operations to implement processes and pricing to effectively transition new business from the close of sale to operations.
- Work with clients and account executives to establish KPI’s, reports and client web tools tailored to the client needs.
- Follow up clients, sales and operations to ensure that implementation is successful
- Other duties as assigned
HR & Administration Functions:
- Providing overall support for HR and administration tasks.
