Join us as a: Sales Support / Quoting Specialist (US Channel)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support / Quoting Specialist to join Arcanys and support our client, a leading Swiss digital signage company (hardware players, software licenses, and services) selling through US distributors and resellers.

While their field sales team excels at landing new projects, they need someone to handle small requests, extensions, renewals, and pro-rata quotes. You will sit right between sales and technical support to make the channel faster, more accurate, and highly responsive. As the first US hire for this function, you’ll also help establish playbooks for a growing team.

Who You Are

This role requires a unique balance of sales drive and technical understanding. You are someone who is fully competent in driving B2B sales support efforts while having a solid grasp of hardware technologies and software environments.

• The Ideal Background: You likely have a technical background (such as a technical degree or experience in tech support/IT) and have transitioned into sales, sales support, or channel support.
• The Mindset: You can comfortably discuss standard hardware and software specs with partners while keeping your eye on closing quotes and spotting upsell opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Inbox & Qualification: Triage the sales@ inbox—qualify leads, answer what you can, and route complex deals to the right salesperson. Qualify partners on installed bases, use cases, budget, and timing.
• Quoting & Configurations: Build accurate quotes and configurations for hardware players, software licenses, and services using standard price lists.
• Spot Upsells: Proactively find upsell opportunities on every quote—warranty extensions, software upgrades, update plans, and subscriptions.
• Partner Engagement: Run live chat, host quick Teams/phone calls to walk partners through options, and chase missing details courteously but tenaciously.
• CRM & Process Building: Keep CRM data meticulously clean, report weekly/monthly KPIs, and document your learnings into playbooks for future hires.

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Sales & Technical Balance: Proven B2B inside sales or sales support experience, complemented by practical hardware/IT technical knowledge (e.g., tech support background, IT experience, or a technical degree).
• Quoting Proficiency: Experience building quotes, working with price lists, and strong Excel skills.
• Qualification Skills: Ability to ask sharp, structured questions to extract real information from prospects.
• Communication: Fluent, confident spoken and written English; comfortable jumping on live calls with US channel partners and customers.
• CRM Discipline: High attention to detail with CRM data entry and follow-ups.
• Availability: Willingness to work fixed US business hours (Philippine night shift).

Nice to Haves

• Experience in hardware + SaaS environments (licenses, subscriptions, renewals, pro-rata).
• Background in Digital Signage, AV, or IT channels.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (licensing and training will be provided).
• Experience with live chat support and process documentation.
