Wir suchen bundesweit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Support Professional (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Sales Controlling.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

Sales Controlling

• Vollständige Übernahme sämtlicher Deutschland-bezogenen Aufgaben, einschließlich Steuerung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung aller Sales- und Controlling- relevanten Prozesse

Dies beinhaltet:

• Monatliches Sales Controlling mit konsistenten KPIs, Forecasts und Performance Analysen für das Management und die Geschäftsführung
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Ad-hoc-Berichte und Sonderanalysen
  mit Hilfe von Excel und Power BI
• Pipeline-Management, Aktivitätssteuerung und Sicherstellung der Performance Transparenz
• Direkte Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Midyear Reviews, Budgetpräsentationen sowie weiterer strategischer Analysen + Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Optimierung von Controlling und Reporting Aktivitäten/- Prozessen + Werkzeugen
• Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Marketing, Master Data Management, der Operative, dem Business Controlling sowie natürlich mit dem deutschen Sales Team

CRM-Administration für das Team BD Germany:

• 1st Contact bei Fragen
• Durchführung von Trainings
• Überwachung + Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM Tools
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional + Global CRM Team
  
  

Ihr Profil überzeugt:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung,
• Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen
• Power Bi Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
• Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift,
• Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und einer klaren Serviceorientierung
