BangkokThe Sales Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales department. The role focuses on managing customer data, verifying documents, tracking payments, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth sales operations and effective customer support.

  • Create and update customer information in the back‑office system
  • Verify document accuracy and maintain proper filing records
  • Check, track, and follow up on customer payments
  • Prepare and summarize sales and other related reports
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Answer customer calls and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Liaise with internal and external parties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Age between 22–30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Passion for customer service and sales support work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
  • Ability to create basic video content and use social media platforms; willing to learn new tools and AI trends
  • Patient, responsible, and hardworking with a positive attitude
