Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, transforming the way the world trades. As part of our continued growth and operating model evolution, we are building a new Sales Support organisation in Warsaw — and we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead it.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with real strategic impact. You will lead a team of approximately 30 German-speaking sales support professionals, playing a critical role in enabling sales effectiveness, supporting customer success, and ensuring seamless operational delivery for the business.
You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing, Operations, and Global Service Centres, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders while building a strong, high-performing team culture in Warsaw.

We offer a salary of 17,000 - 22,000 dependant on experience, plus an annual bonus of 10%.
