We are looking for a new colleague as Sales Support Intern for our function team "Material & Distribution" / Sub-Job-Family "Program- /Customer Order- Planning" for our Division Aftermarket at our location of Shanghai, China. The role content includes jobs related to planning and scheduling materials/goods based on agreed customer orders.

What you can forward to as a Sales Support Intern:

• Responsible for supporting the Sales Support team with daily order and customer service tasks.
• Assist the sales team and customer service staff to increase order processing capacity. Handle sales orders for designated customers, including pre-sales support such as inquiries, quotations, and delivery date checks; track orders, shipments, and coordinate dispatch; support after-sales order issues, claims, and related handling.
• Assist in organizing and archiving contracts, agreements, and customer files; support data analysis and report preparation.
• Assist with cross-department communication (sales/logistics/finance, etc.); complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Your Profile as Sales Support Intern:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in mechanical/vehicle engineering, logistics, supply chain, or business-related fields.
• Able to work at least 3 days a week and commit to a continuous 3-month period.
• Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Office software with basic English skills.
