The Sales Support Executive serves as the core operational hub for the regional sales team. This role ensures end-to-end efficiency of regional sales operations through full-cycle order management, sales data verification & analysis, channel compliance supervision, and cross-functional collaboration. The incumbent closely supports regional target decomposition, performance tracking, distributor & store operation management, and delivers accurate data insights and operational solutions to drive sustainable regional sales growth and standardized business execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Process Management
Manage end-to-end order collection, and verification of DT and store channels. Monitor order rationality, standardize daily order execution workflows, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure compliant and smooth sales order procession across the region.
2. Data Management & Performance Review
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly statistics, verification and in-depth analysis of regional sales data. Deliver standardized sales reports and performance review decks, precisely track target achievement process, identify business gaps, risks and growth opportunities, and provide reliable data support for managerial decision-making.
3. Channel & Store Operation Support
Provide daily operational support for regional own stores and DT channel. Scope includes monthly trade stock checking, marketing application, rebate PO application and verification & settlement, and routine issue resolution. Respond promptly to sales team demands, coordinate internal process efficiently and ensure stable and healthy
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Closely collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operation, VM and other internal teams to drive the implementation of regional sales initiatives. Support regional resource coordination, trade stock & delivery issue closure and NPD sales follow-up, eliminating operational bottlenecks and ensuring seamless business execution.
5. Sales Team Enablement & Administration
Support the DSM in regional target decomposition, performance data accounting, and regular meeting organization. Organize and optimize sales of enablement materials including NPD guidelines and providing solid back-office support to maximize front-team efficiency and overall regional sales productivity.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, operations or business roles in retail, FMCG, fashion or cosmetic industry
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, functions)
• Good written and spoken English for daily work and reports
• Proactive, good communication and cross-team coordination skills
