Responsibilities:

• Assist Regional Sales Manager in sales forecasting, registration of new customers, sample request, specification matching & etc processes.
• Assist in building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships prompt response to their queries.
• Meet performance objectives of the sales budget, focusing on gross profit, and monitor throughout the month reporting any deviations.
• Analyse current marketplace and feedback any important market and competitive information.
• Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
• Timely update the of customer visit report, activities and business pipelines in the CRM (Customer Relation Management System)
• Understand the AN business requirement in terms of QA , AN specific documentation, country requirements etc.
• Liase with PPIC, CS/DOC team and customers
• Attend customer complaints and CRM mapping.
