For the Electrification and Automation team within Smart Infrastructure, we are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Madrid.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Low and Medium Voltage, Protection and Automation proposals for Data Centers, acting as the key interface between our Sales Force, Product Managers and Factories.

What will you manage?

  • Prepare proposals for Low and Medium Voltage, Protection and Automation systems and solutions.
  • Analyze the technical and contractual information of the request and process any required clarification or negotiation either internally or externally with the customer.
  • Offer tool handling.
  • Coordinate internal process of escalation for approval (LoA).
  • Update offer status and follow-up with sales team.
  • Interface between sales, Product manager and factories.
  • Technical coordination on pre-sale phase.
  • Coordinate hand-over to execution.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skills:

  • Degree in Electrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional expertise in Medium and Low Voltage switchgear.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Project will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of NxTools+ and Simaris.
  • Availability to travel for business trips.
  • Self-motivated, quick and assertive.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
