Sales Support Representative
We are seeking a qualified Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Harmar, PA location, just outside of Pittsburgh PA. The Sales Support Representative is accountable to provide an exceptional level of customer service to assigned customer accounts (domestic and/or export) while working closely with sales to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met.

The incumbent will work in an open office environment as a member of a team of customer service representatives supporting both domestic and export customers. The position involves a great deal of telephone and e-mail contact with customers and internal Vitro contacts (e.g. sales, manufacturing plants, production planning, and transportation).

Requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, prioritization, problem solving, conflict resolution, and suggestive selling skills
