What is the purpose of this role?
Provide excellent customer service to our Distributors and Clients both: online and offline. Develop strong partnership with the DS leadership leading to transparent dialogs and acceptance of Tiens strategies focused on the sales opportunity’s maximization. Administer physical presence location at Zvolen, SK.

Tasks

  • Provide excellent customer service for Tiens distributors (DSs) to support them in building a successful Tiens business
  • Handle enquiries and requests of DSs, customers and prospects via different communication channels in direct conversations and in writing.
  • Receive documents, and respond to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our internal resources).
  • Support users with online platforms and SoMe.
  • Help DSs leverage our Compensation Plan and SIPs.
  • Protect personal database and apply legal requirements regarding personal data protection.
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Proofreading the communications translated from English to Slovak language.
  • Deliver corporate communication to the field in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Collect the feedback and insights from the field and deliver it to the upper management.
  • Administer operations of the local experience center.
  • Consistent contact with DSs held at both: group and one-to-one meetings; provide guidance, support and Company direction to DSs.
  • Support the Tiens Slovakia team with performance reports, event organization and special projects.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers
  • Ability to accurately maintain and organize various schedules, and paperwork
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
  • Fluent in Slovak and B2 English level are mandatory
  • Previous working experience would be an asset for us, especially from the direct selling industry.
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Not afraid of facing new challenges or opportunities.
  • Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
