Our Global Sales department is structured into two Business Units APAC & MEA as well as Europe & Americas. Within this setup, the teams are a dynamic international group of 56 colleagues, consisting of 4 Directors, 6 Heads of, Sales & Alliance Managers and Sales Support Coordinators. Together, the teams drives sustainable commercial growth across key markets and collaborates closely with regional distributors and internal stakeholders worldwide. What makes your day with us special:

Manage Order-to-Cash Operations
Execute the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order handling, availability checks, delivery coordination and invoicing.

Coordinate Customer and Partner Activities
Manage existing customer accounts, handle returns and proactively communicate shipment-related information to partners and customers.

Ensure Smooth Delivery and Availability
Monitor product availability in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics teams and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Handle Commercial Documentation and SAP Data
Process orders, invoices, debit and credit notes, prepare shipping documents and maintain Sales master data in SAP (SD).

Support Quality and Complaint Processes
Support complaint handling in cooperation with the Quality team to ensure fast and compliant resolution.

Drive Performance and KPIs
Monitor and achieve key KPIs including sales and EBITDA targets, partner feedback scores and on-time delivery and invoicing (2-day rule).

What sets you apart:

Commercial Background and relevant Experience
Completed vocational training or high school education and 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support or a similar commercial role.

Results-Driven Mindset and Environments
Proactive, hands-on and strongly results-oriented with a high level of ownership and Comfortable working in fast-paced settings and identifying improvement opportunities.

Structured and Communicative
Detail-oriented working style with strong communication and customer focus

Language Skills
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
