We're looking for a new colleague to join our Scania Bus & Coach team as the right hand of our Sales Manager. This is a dynamic role combining sales administration, public procurement coordination, data management, and close collaboration with colleagues across the business.

Job Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Provide administrative support to the Bus & Coach sales team.
• Manage and maintain data in internal systems while preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare customer quotations, invoices, and documentation related to vehicle deliveries.
• Coordinate the administrative aspects of public procurement processes and ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who:

• has experience in administration, sales support, or a coordination role,
• is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently,
• enjoys working with data and numbers,
• has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
• has strong communication and teamwork skills,
• is fluent in Czech or Slovak and has a basic working knowledge of English.

It will be an advantage if you have

• experience with public procurement administration,
• knowledge of the bus, coach, or commercial vehicle industry,
• experience with Power BI and data analytics,
• experience with Power Automate or other process automation tools,
• practical experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve productivity and streamline daily work,
• a proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and driving innovation.
