Do you enjoy coordinating projects, communicating with customers, solving problems, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks?

FASTSIGNS of Apopka is looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional sales position. You won't spend your day cold calling or chasing a sales quota.

Instead, you'll be an important part of the team that helps turn a sold project into a successfully completed project.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Project Management, Production, and Installation teams to coordinate customer projects, schedule installations and deliveries, communicate project updates, organize information, and help make sure completed work gets across the finish line.

What You'll Do

• Support our sales team with day-to-day project and administrative coordination.
• Help coordinate customer projects from order through production, installation/delivery, and completion.
• Schedule installations and communicate scheduling information with customers and our team.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and other project logistics.
• Communicate project updates and routine information to customers.
• Track projects and follow up on missing information, approvals, and next steps.
• Keep customer and project information accurate and organized in our systems.
• Help ensure completed projects are processed for invoicing promptly.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Installation, and Project Management.
• Identify things that are falling behind and proactively help get them moving again.
• Help create a great customer experience from the time a project is sold until it is completed.

Experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling, administrative support, construction coordination, printing, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment is helpful.

Sign industry experience is NOT required. We can teach you signs. We're looking for the right person with the right organizational skills, attitude, and desire to learn.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
