ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Administration
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in order entry.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
- Track contracts, renewals, and pricing updates.
Customer Support
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Coordinate responses to customer requests and resolve routine issues.
- Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Support on-boarding of new customers.
Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in an entry-level sales, administrative support, or customer-facing role
CRM Software: Hands-on proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software like Salesforce to manage client accounts, input orders, and update customer data
Multitasking: Capability to manage overlapping administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting strict corporate deadlines
