We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic
team.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support
Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be
responsible for supporting our commercial operations across Singapore,
Malaysia and the Philippines, ensuring customer orders are processed
accurately and delivered on time.
You'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and our
global manufacturing sites to manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process,
provide timely updates to customers, and help deliver an exceptional customer

What you’ll be doing

  • You will process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM.
  • You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order receipt through delivery and invoicing, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • You will issue purchase orders to factories and third-party suppliers and monitor their progress to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • You will coordinate local and international shipments, working closely with logistics providers, warehouses and manufacturing sites.
  • You will prepare delivery documentation, including invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents.
  • You will respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding order status, product availability and shipment schedules.
  • You will work closely with Sales Engineers, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • You will proactively monitor open orders, identify potential delivery risks and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
  • You will maintain accurate customer and order information within Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM systems.
  • You will prepare operational reports, including backlog, order status and shipment updates, to support business planning and forecasting.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

a diverse network of internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless
order fulfilment and an exceptional customer experience.

  • Internal stakeholders
  • Sales
    Engineers and Sector Leaders – You'll work closely with the
    commercial teams supporting Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines to
    process customer orders, provide order updates and support customer
    requirements.
  • Sales
    Support colleagues – You'll collaborate with Sales Support
    teams across Southeast Asia to share best practices, provide operational
    support and ensure consistent processes.
  • Supply
    Chain and Logistics teams – You'll coordinate inventory
    availability, shipment schedules and delivery planning to ensure on-time
    fulfilment.
  • Finance
    team – You'll work together on invoicing, billing enquiries, credit
    requests and payment-related matters.
  • Service
    team – You'll support service-related orders, customer returns and
    operational enquiries.
  • Global
    manufacturing sites and procurement teams –
    You'll coordinate purchase orders, monitor production status and follow up
    on delivery commitments.
    External stakeholders
  • Customers –
    You'll be the primary point of contact for order processing, delivery
    updates and general order-related enquiries.
  • Third-party
    suppliers and logistics providers – You'll coordinate shipments,
    delivery schedules and operational matters to ensure smooth order
    execution.

Skills/Experience:

This is what you'll need to be
successful in this role

  • You have experience supporting customer orders, sales operations or order management in a customer-focused environment.
  • You have
    worked with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle or
    similar platforms, and are comfortable learning new business systems.
  • You are
    confident using CRM systems to manage customer information and order
    activities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • You have
    experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including Sales,
    Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, to deliver successful customer
    outcomes.
  • You are
    highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining
    a high level of accuracy.
  • You
    communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and
    external partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • You
    enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and following through to
    resolution.
  • You are
    customer-focused and committed to delivering a positive customer
    experience.
  • You are
    comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively as part
    of a regional team.
  • You are
    proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and are
    confident working with operational data and reports.
  • Experience
    supporting B2B customers, manufacturing, industrial or distribution
    businesses would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A
    Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a
    related discipline is beneficial; however, we also welcome applications
    from candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record of
    success.
