Job Description

The Sales Support Co-Ordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales office operations. This will include a number of tasks linked to relationship management, opportunity management and value opportunities.


The Sales Support Co-Ordinator will take a lead in customer contact management ensuring new customers and ship-to addresses are set up, in accordance with the business’s approval matrix. They will also work with sales leadership on maintaining customer price files within the relevant local ERP, including mass price file updates, discounts and promotions.

  • Create additional ship-to addresses for existing customers in ERP
  • Set-up new customers in ERP (upon sales request and approval matrix)
  • Regular review and maintenance of customer base. Active/Inactive maintenance
  • Ensures relationships are built other departments, overseeing customer satisfaction, and coordinating activities with sales personnel.
  • Regular review of possible leads/opportunities in Salesforce and combine weekly report for progression and business visibility
  • Identify customer ordering trends such as frequency and pattern of orders. Instigate relevant communication with sales/customer and keep comms channels open when ordering trends differ.
  • Keeping track of NPD and work internally with sales to aid promotions of any additional products that could work with a customer’s portfolio.
  • Keep regular maintenance of CRM (Salesforce) and review of sales logs/opportunities. Raise internally to Sales any discrepancies.
  • Maintain customer pricing in ERP (including discount and promotions) following the requests of sales manager (and correct approval)
  • Delivers on special projects linked to Sales/Service effectiveness as and when required.
  • Assists with developing operating policies and procedures to ensure the efficient use of resources while maintaining proper controls.
  • Greek and English Language skills - essential requirement
  • 1-2 years of progressive sales support/customer service experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the relevant Business Unit and Customer Base your team are supporting.
  • Managing Customer Relationship Management Tools, such as SalesForce.com.
  • Implementing programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Training and motivating employees
  • Interpreting and applying department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, regulations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work across multifunctional and multicultural teams within organizational structure
  • Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
  • PC skills; ERP, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required

The salary range shown refers to base salary only. In addition to this, we offer a broader total reward package which may include bonus or incentive pay, relevant allowances, and a range of competitive benefits. We encourage candidates to consider the full package when evaluating an offer.

Salary is determined using a structured and objective framework, taking into account the role’s responsibilities, required skills and experience, market benchmarks, and internal equity. In accordance with EU pay transparency requirements, we provide a salary range based on our preferred country of hire. Compensation varies depending on location. The salary range applicable to the location of candidate will be shared early in the recruitment process.
