
The Sales Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and analytical support to the sales organization, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, revenue, commissions, and customer billing. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating customized reports, and championing the use of sales technology across the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about enabling sales success through operational excellence.
Hiring range: $25-$27 an hour
The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or data management, along with a strong educational foundation. They must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Familiarity with customer billing systems and processes, as well as a background in sales operations or business analytics, is highly desirable.This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels and delivering client-focused solutions is key to success in this position.
