Sales Support Account Manager

This is a high-impact role where you’ll develop customer relationships, drive business continuity, and accelerate growth? As a Sales Support Account Manager, you’ll step into strategically important territories, acting as the face of our business while ensuring customers continue to receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).

Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.

Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.

Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).

Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.

Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer relationship and account management expertise.

Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple territories with attention to detail.

Experience in account administration and issue resolution.
