Job Description

14620 - Sales Support Analyst (onsite) - Houston, TX

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Houston, TX;
• Experience as Sales Support Analyst (2 years);
• High School Grad / GED.

Preferred:
• Experience in Natural Gas and Retail Energy market;
• Experience with Financial Analysis;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities:
• Directly support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments and increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
• Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates.
• Conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
