Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing quotations and commercial proposals for Management System Certification (MSC), Food Safety standards, and Healthcare-related certification services;
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
  • Analyze information and documentation to ensure accurate proposal development;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management;
  • Collaborate directly with the Sales team and external reviewers/approvers to identify solutions and ensure the accurate preparation of quotations and commercial proposals;
  • Ensure data quality and adherence to timelines in accordance with applicable certification schemes, DNV’s Internal Control Procedures (ICP), and internal KPIs;
  • Work closely with Sales, Technical, and other departments to deliver a superior customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in auditing, certification, or related activities;

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Good command of English (written and spoken); fluency is desirable;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply audit protocols, standards, and work instructions;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and diverse stakeholder groups while driving results independently.
