MISSION
Within the Agency's Sales team, you will be in charge of negotiating the best transport conditions with customers, taking into account the different Lines specificities. You will also be responsible for a customer portfolio which you will manage together with the Sales Representative in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Within this framework, you answer customers' requests reviewing their service requirements and you will ensure these requirements are properly defined, followed-up, relevant and enforced, by discussing and following up with the customer, when necessary.
Besides, you will advise customers about all maritime services (equipment and transport) and will participate in the definition of the service to be supplied, meeting the customers' needs.
Collaborating with the Trade Managers from the Agencies Sales management in France, you are in constant contact with the Sales representative, Customer Services and the different Lines Management and you will keep them informed about the latest evolutions in the market.
Additionally, you proactively plan your actions in order to achieve your targets within the framework of the Commercial Action Plan.
Lastly, you will ensure that the Quality, Safety and Security procedures enforced in the Company are respected and you will establish your quotations with a view to ensure the best further realization by the Customer Service.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
You have a undergraduate degree in International trade or Logistic Transport, you ideally have an experience of at least one year in the same position. You have good command of IT and Office tools and you speak English and French fluently.
Your interpersonal and your negotiation skills will be essential to communicate efficiently with your numerous contacts. Your self-sufficiency, your organization skills, your rigor, reactivity and proactivity will allow you to perform successfully in this position.
